  • Our Backend API (hosted on Digital Ocean): Processes document content to generate summaries and tracks usage limits. This service only stores anonymized usage statistics and does not persist your document content after processing.
  • OpenAI API: Our backend utilizes OpenAI's API for AI-powered summarization. Document content is sent to OpenAI for processing but is not stored beyond the time needed to generate summaries.

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising platforms, tracking cookies, or social media integrations. All data processing is limited to what's necessary to provide the app's core functionality, and we do not share your data with any additional third parties.

7. monday.com Integration Data

When you use our monday.com marketplace integration:

  • We may collect and process data from your monday.com account based on the permissions you grant.
  • This data may include, but is not limited to, board information, item details, user information, and workspace data.
  • We use this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our integration functionality.
  • Data accessed through monday.com's API is handled in accordance with both our Privacy Policy and monday.com's privacy policy.
  • We retain this data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
  • You can revoke our access to your monday.com data at any time by uninstalling our integration from your monday.com account.
